YouTube TV Expands ‘Build a Multiview’ Feature, Starting with NBA League Pass”
YouTube TV is introducing the “Build a Multiview” feature to a wider audience, starting with NBA League Pass. This feature allows users to watch multiple content streams simultaneously. Initially, it is linked with the NBA League Pass, priced at $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year in addition to the YouTube TV subscription.

However, there are some restrictions to note. Users cannot freely select any game for multiview; instead, YouTube pre-selects the games available for this feature. Users can create combinations from the four pre-selected games. Multiview is currently exclusive to smart TVs and smart streaming devices, excluding phones and tablets.
The article also mentions that the multiview feature allows users to have two to four games playing simultaneously on their screen, with the option to switch the audio stream between them. To create a personalized multiview, users can follow specific steps within the YouTube app on their smart TV.
