“Dangerous Darby: A Tale of Daring Feats and Unexpected Twists”
We’ve witnessed Darby Allin’s daring feats, from diving off bridges to crashing through panes of glass. He’s even leaped a Jeep over his own house, executed a Coffin Drop from a crane, and performed a tricycle backflip off an imposing ramp.
Darby
Interestingly, was slated to embark on a Mount Everest climb instead of appearing on last night’s Dynamite. However, a few weeks ago, he suffered a foot injury during a seemingly mild moment in a match, thwarting his plans. Instead, found himself alongside skateboard icon Tony Hawk.
Originally, Darby’s Everest expedition aimed to support Hawk’s Skatepark Project, a nonprofit endeavor providing safe, inclusive skateboarding facilities to disadvantaged youth. Unable to partake in the mountain climb, improvised by featuring Tony on AEW television, showcasing a skate trick off his foot cast in support of the same cause.
Considering Darby’s penchant for adrenaline-fueled stunts (a mere glimpse of his extraordinary repertoire), one might have expected Hawk to perform some daring maneuver atop Darby’s cast. However, while executing a handplant on someone’s broken foot is undeniably risky, it may not be as visually spectacular as the gravity-defying antics we’ve come to associate with the audacious Allin.
