Donald Trump Ventures into Bible Sales Amid Presidential Ambitions

Former President Donald Trump, now eyeing a return to the White House, has launched a new venture: selling Bibles. In a video released on his Truth Social platform, Trump urged his supporters to purchase the “God Bless the USA Bible,” inspired by Lee Greenwood’s patriotic anthem, a song often played at his rallies where he shares the stage with Greenwood.

As Trump faces financial pressures due to mounting legal expenses from ongoing legal battles, including criminal indictments and civil charges, he promotes the Bible as a way to “Make America Pray Again.” Priced at $59.99, the Bible includes additional patriotic content such as copies of the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence.

Although Donald Trump endorsement may raise eyebrows, the Bible’s website insists it’s not a political product but rather a commercial venture. Trump, known for his diverse business ventures, has previously delved into selling branded sneakers, cologne, and perfume, as well as exploring the world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Despite Trump popularity among white evangelical Christians, his business ventures often draw scrutiny. Nevertheless, his latest endeavor underscores his entrepreneurial spirit, which has seen him endorse a wide array of products over the years, from steaks to a now-defunct university bearing his name.

While Donald Trump religious convictions have been questioned in the past, his foray into Bible sales marks yet another chapter in his eclectic business portfolio.
