“Leadership Announcements at Ibexis: Kevin Named CFO, Alex and Kyle Promoted”
Kevin brings a wealth of experience in insurance investment banking spanning 25 years to Ibexis. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he assumes responsibility for overseeing Ibexis’ financial forecasting and reporting, capital planning, tax strategy, and budget management. Kevin joins Ibexis’ Executive Management Team and reports directly to Chief Executive Officer Nate Gemmiti.
Kevin
Previously, Kevin served as Head of Insurance Investment Banking at Truist Securities. His career includes similar senior roles within the Financial Institutions Group at BMO Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities, with his initial foray into investment banking starting at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Throughout his career, Kevin has provided strategic counsel to numerous insurance companies and investors. His notable engagements include advising AXA Equitable on its life insurance subsidiaries, guiding Symetra Financial through its structured annuity business initiatives, and assisting Transamerica (Aegon) with its payment annuity and other key business matters. He also played pivotal roles at both Wells Fargo and Truist in relation to their respective insurance brokerage divestitures.

In addition to Kevin’s appointment, Ibexis has announced promotions for two other key team members:
Alex Rupelli, previously Senior Vice President, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. This elevation recognizes his significant contributions to Ibexis since its rebranding, where he continues to lead functions including reserving, valuation, pricing, and product design.
Kyle Hales, formerly Manager, Finance & Operations, has been promoted to Controller. In this role as an Officer of the Company, Kyle will oversee all accounting activities and support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
